• Pars Eltek Energy is offering a broad range of customer services designed to protect the customers investments in the product lifetime , at the peak performance and with high reliability.
• Continuous service deliveries are agreed in a written Service Level Agreement (SLA) which is an agreement that provides a common understanding between a service provider and a customer about the level of service that will be provided and defines responsibilities of each party in provision of the defined service.

Roll-out services

Through local support and experienced management along with the international strength of Eltek groups strategic partners we are able to supply , construct and integrate more than sites per month.

• Experienced individuals in fields of program management , site acquisition ,radio network planning , transmission planning , civil works and installation and commissioning
